The woman biker case is not of negligence yes it is rash and dangerous driving but also allegedly an attempt to wilfully hit the biker and should be treated allegedly as a attempt to murder, other sections wont stick
This not a case of negligent driving but a case where the driver is allegedly swerving from lane to being wilfully /aware and then hitting the bike at a high speed which could be fatal or will result serious and grievous injuries to the rider and prima facie looks like......
