If you go through plotted colonies there is still a very significant building and construction activity and these are builders who got their plans approved before the order for stay on Stilt plus floor came into place and most of these construction sites are flouting construction rules with impunity and there seems to be no check on them only in winters when GRAP comes into force there is some checking and challans on few but otherwise they are creating a nuisance and disturbance for people around and flouting labor laws endangering the lives of poor workers and making them live in sub human conditions and there seems to no check whatsoever this is a very serious matter and government should take some basic checks and these builders cannot be let get away with flouting all norms .
