Officially inaugurated on July 12, 2026, by Chief Justice of India Justice Surya Kant and Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.

Houses 55 modern , high tech courtrooms with swift digital filing and evidence management with a inclusive design features a dedicated ladies Bar Room , an adjoining childcare facility and wheel chair accessibility and other public standard public utility services like a bank , post office ,expansive bar library and dedicated mediation center .All regular sub-divisional judicial work, commercial disputes, and local Lok Adalat hearings (such as traffic challan settlements) now operate out of this main complex.The campus is also slated to house an International Arbitration Centre operating under the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
