Tragic death of a 2 year old child run over by negligent SUV driver but if you see the video the car driver was making a fast turn but on the other hand why were these little children on the road with mother standing on the side it is the fault of the driver for having made a rash turn and being negligent but what about the responsibility of the parents letting their children on the road and NCPCR should take cognizance in this matter in regards to the parents for being negligent in regards to their parental care its just a horrible tragic death of innocent child and terribly heartbreaking but there needs to be a proper investigation in this matter .
