One of the older Markets started when there were hardly any residents in DLF Phase -1 now a thriving market and very useful not only for residents but people come to shop from nearby and distant areas and is thriving place for clothes , sweetmeats and bakery shops also houses other good stores .
One of the first markets here in this area and still going strong located on Arjun Marg and still is classic beauty and nice open spaces inside and wonderful airflow considering it was one of the earliest malls and has a large section of shops selling surplus garments and has bookstore part of lineage of the BOOKSHOP from CP and Aurbindo Market and one of the best Rajma Chawl and Aloo Puri joints Sukh Sagar also has a DLF office catering to Phase 1,2,3,4 etc , market has been upgraded and is well maintained with nearly full occupancy though issues of parking specially outside are there but then they have PARKING MARSHALL a very good idea but still there are issues of congestion specially at peak hours specially affecting residents of E and F blocks .
Disabled friendly- FAIR , Ramps for disabled only at entrance more could be put .
Fire Safety – FAIR office space is having fire safety but concerns for shops specially the large number of garment shops not having fire safety poses a fire hazard for shoppers and upper floors also lacking in shops a basic FIRE EXTINGER or ANY FIRE ALARMS Shops in basement with combustible materials at serious risk , FIRE HYDRANTS IN PLACE WETHER SERVICED NOT KNOWN.
Pedestrian Friendly – some part are encroached upon inside the market and stuff kept outside shops
