Seeing a lot of images , tweets and news showing flooded areas in residential areas and heaping the blame on administration after spending so much money the drainage being in such bad state that it is literally resulting in flooding in areas but people in residential areas need to look at themselves and introspect how come the drains are blocked with rubbish and filled up with mud and most of the drains have been encroached upon and cannot be cleaned and when it rains the water is all over and then they start blaming the administration not seeing the encroachment of the drains which cannot be cleaned and are filled up with rubbish and debris .
