RWA’s are complaining about the fourth floor of the builder floors which are said to be adding to the strain on resources like water and electricity and leading to congestion but reality is that illegality of building and construction on a multiple levels FAR and being used for commercial purposes which in itself adds to load on the infrastructure so complaining about the fourth floor is not the real problem there are multiple issues .
