After the Covid epidemic slowed down there was boom in real estate market of Gurugram and property prices shot over a 100% for plots in prime localities and rose for 8 straight quarters and now in the last quarter there has been a stabilization October – December 2022 and inventory of builder floors is now clearing slowly it is early to say that the boom has peaked unless and until there is price drop which are for now stable .
