The horrific news of 6 drowning at water filled site should have shaken the city and there should have some serious action as to how and why that incident took place in the first place and people who are responsible should have been bought to book and wonder how far the investigations have reached in this regard and who all are arrested for this horrific tragedy due negligence ?
