One of the older markets when DLF – 1 was being developed and sold it was the market to go to and also for the very few residents of the area this was the market and now it is thriving market fully occupied and has shops of all variety and caters to local residents and from nearby areas there was scare that it will shut down due to some fire safety issues but has been resolved and a landmark from the start of area of plotted colonies is doing well .

One of first built plaza market in Gurugram and much larger than the shopping complex at Arjun Marg and has both shops and office and built decades back but has a classic feel when there were problems with power cuts and keeping that in mind it has nice airy feeling to it with good airflow and the shops in the middle have nice open space with a garden space which could be done up much better and this is the market where DANA CHOGA began also use to have nice SIP n BITE one of the best authentic sizzlers the market has many shops for daily needs and lots of good eating joints for all sorts of budgets overall still a well maintained market and could be better .

First high rise apartment complex to be built and is located in a prime location of DLF Phase – 1 on the Faridabad Road has 612 apartments spread over 15 acres is old but gold still and decent facilities and well maintained though old style construction is starting show but still the complex offers value for money considering the location though signage can be improved outside and the addition of windows on the balcony should have not been allowed or should be been uniform as some are badly done and spoil the look of the building could have been done in such a manner which would have looked aesthetically aligned with structure of the building .
Children Friendly – Yes , but some of the swings and merry go round of steel paint peeling off and look unsafe can cause cuts etc either have plastic or have high quality metal preferably stainless steel which would be a expensive proposition.
Grown Children Friendly – not quite , so much space but no netted space for them to play Cricket or football a small amount of space can be made for them and also a basketball half court can be made otherwise they go to faraway places to play some sport even for that matter adults or the tennis court can be converted into such spaces just a suggestion .
