One of the first malls on the MG Road and and still is thriving mall to this day with high occupancy and rentals while some malls on he same road are not maintained and with low vacancy .Simple design with straight lines and and on great location situated on the MG Road and now has the metro station right opposite it though the problem is the service lane there are traffic congestion and sometimes the entry is difficult to the mall but overall a decent mall for shopping and entertainment still standing strong.
Parking – Adequate and effective entry and exit with fire safety at lower levels .
Power Back – Still has diesel based generators , generator age ? some of the generator shafts point towards Belvedere and apartments facing would bear the burden of pollution smoke
Security – Checks at entrance and at parking
Total Area – 8 acres
Fire Safety – Good Access for fire engines . fire safety at underground parking . Internal fire safety haven’t checked on entertainment and shopping place but there were gas cylinders place outside in cages is it allowed .
When was last fire security check done ?
Disabled friendly with wide walking area , working escalators and lifts though at times during festive
the open spaces have stalls which hinder movement and access .
