The news came as a shock of the passing away of Shri Ranbir Singh Rathi Councillor of Ward – 34 and left a deep void in the hearts of his constituents who interacted and knew him on a personal basis more as friend for years ,may god give his family strength in this hour of grief as he had recently lost his parents also .
