Compared to past years there was a improvement but still where are the Green Crackers it was the same old mega polluting crackers and as noisier as ever , comparison with past years and talking of gradual improvement is not enough , dramatic measures are needed to curb the noise and pollution it has devastating effects on Humans , Animals and the overall environment and merely saying it was better than past .
Quieter Diwali and noise levels lower but still enough to choke Delhi NCR and noise levels could have been far far lower
