The shocking part is the assault on the army veteran took place on the 10 of August and its 14 August and clearly there are grievous injuries on the gentleman who was assaulted with a iron rod and it could be been fatal had it hit the head and by gods grace he survived being a tough army guy but still the trauma and pain for the family all this over some parking altercation and some psycho goon who thinks will get away in his ignorance attacks him .
The amazing part is the person who assaulted the army veteran has still not been arrested till the 14th of August and the veteran has alleged his MLC diluted many of his injuries not taken into account and only with media pressure and intervention of senior police officials the complaint has been registered but the person who assaulted him not arrested till now .
You can imagine if this laxity when it comes to army war veteran what must the common citizens go through in such cases and this what emboldens such psychos to try and kill someone without fear of the consequences thinking eventually they will get away by being protected or there will be a compromise in some way .
This is a case of alleged attempt to murder and other sections and chargesheet filed and guy should be locked up as a undertrail till the matter is brought its logical conclusion
