A shocking case has come to light where a retired army veteran of the Kargil war is assaulted by some person with a iron rod over some parking issue in a mall and him having sustained serious and grievous injuries and the worst part the retired army group captain has alleged only after serious pressure from media that his complaint has been finally registered after days and alleged connivance of the police in regards to his MLC and only when senior police officers have intervened that police has become active in this matter .
