Dwarka Expressway is emerging as a challenger to Gurugram’s established luxury-housing markets, with residential prices along the corridor rising 135 percent over the past five years and new supply increasingly shifting towards larger, higher-ticket homes, according to data from property consultancy ANAROCK.
