Village Nathupur
A village which consists of Ahirs and Gujjars and sits in the middle of very prime area most of it has been built on the land taken from Nathupur like Cyber City . Nathupur is a thriving village and residents thrive on business and rental income from workers who are employed nearby which hugely swells the population and the infrastructure not being there for it and needs to be upgraded with some roads being built and better drainage .
Nathupur has a great locational advantage and if the village upgraded their infrastructure and security it could be the Hauz Khas village or Shahpur Jat of Gurugram but for that all villagers have to come together and build .
Monsoon there is bad problem of water logging .

Ahir dominated village with some living in nearby areas and have put property on rent and the area has a important market for building and construction materials with metro passing through it and major metro interchange junction also named Sikanderpur Metro Station , project was done to revive Sikanderpur lake and greenery overall the village provides rental income and and is catering to workers employed nearby and has a garbage issue and narrow internal roads and drainage could be improved .

Upmarket area of Gurugram and has very good connectivity to Delhi via MG Road and NH – 8 .
Right next to Cyber City and Udyog Vihar
Air quality Issues and some areas not gated and secure
Traffic issues and parks not maintained in some places
U block congestion and broken internal roads
some houses have a great advantage due to Bio diversity Park
Has direct metro connection .
National Media Center
Its a hidden gem of 190 villas located on NH-8 its a quiet green leafy area secluded from the hustle and bustle and has its own charm and inside it is a world of its own and outside the chaos of the traffic and congestion takes over and the metro gently turning around it with Cyber City and other areas just within reach .
Ambience Island
Located in DLF 3 and spread over area of 135 acres the area offers luxury residential , commercial and sports facilities and has good network of internal roads and green areas with a 9 hole golf course with water bodies providing top end luxury for its residents .
The problem is congestion on the NH – 8

Location on MG Road, good access to Delhi and Dronacharya Metro Station right opposite
Located next Nathupur Village and earlier had huge issues with a garbage dump behind, and there was always smoke and stench to an extent; it has cleared, but there is still a issue with smoke and stench and traffic congestion on MG ROAD specially at peak hours.
