The recent accident BJP top functionary hit by a tractor highlights a much larger menace of tractors on the urban roads of Gurugram and these very tractors are responsible for multiple fatal accidents by sheer negligence and yet they are all over the place driven psychotically but in a manner of death race to kill and nobody can stop them .
The question is are they legal to operate on urban roads along with a trolley or other attachments ?
